When you write a note on your TCL tablet starting with a trigger word (e.g. 'EVENT:' or 'REMIND:'), the tablet-sync watcher automatically OCRs it, extracts the date/time/description, and creates a Google Calendar event via gws. Turns your e-ink tablet into a handwritten calendar input device — jot 'EVENT: Dentist Thu 2pm' with your stylus and it appears on your calendar within minutes.
Create ~/bin/tablet-note-to-calendar as a ~80-line bash/python script. Hook it into the existing tablet-sync systemd service's file-change detection (or add a small inotifywait watcher on ~/Tablet/). On new .png/.pdf note files: (1) run note-ocr to extract text, (2) regex match lines starting with EVENT:/REMIND:, (3) parse natural language date/time with python-dateutil, (4) call `gws calendar events insert --params '{"summary": "...", "start": {"dateTime": "..."}, "end": {"dateTime": "..."}}'` to create the event, (5) send `notify-focus` confirmation. Add a cron or systemd path unit watching ~/Tablet/ for new files as the trigger.
