What was built
A pre-dawn cron job that assembles your day onto the e-ink tablet — today's calendar, overnight CI failures, and unread priority emails rendered as a clean, glanceable HTML page pushed via tablet-sync-api. You pick up the tablet with coffee and your day is already laid out, no screen-switching required.
How it works
Create ~/bin/morning-tablet-brief as a bash script. (1) Pull today's calendar via `gws calendar events list --params '{"timeMin":"T00:00:00Z","timeMax":"T23:59:59Z"}'`. (2) Check overnight unread emails via `gws gmail messages list --params '{"q":"is:unread after:"}'` and read top 5. (3) Poll GitHub Actions for repos with recent pushes via `gh run list --repo Braceyourself-Solutions/ --limit 1 --json status,conclusion,name` for each active repo. (4) Render results into a minimal HTML page (dark background, large readable fonts, no images — optimized for e-ink). (5) POST the HTML to tablet-sync-api at tablet-sync.braceyourself.solutions for display. Add cron: `30 6 * * * ~/bin/morning-tablet-brief`. Under 80 lines total — mostly string templating.
