Scans recent git commits across all projects for significant milestones (large test suites added, major features shipped, security fixes) and auto-generates a LinkedIn post draft in the linkedin-engine's style. Ethan already writes posts about his work manually — this removes the friction of remembering what he shipped and seeds the writing process.
Create ~/bin/commit-to-linkedin-draft as a bash script (~80 lines). It runs daily via cron (after daily-rewind). Steps: (1) Loop through all git repos under ~/ using find -name .git -maxdepth 3. (2) For each repo, check git log --since=yesterday --oneline for commits matching significance heuristics (e.g., 'Add \d+ tests', 'Fix \d+ failures', 'Deploy', 'Launch', 'Ship', commit messages with 3+ files changed). (3) For matches, extract repo name, commit message, and diff stat. (4) Write a JSON draft to ~/linkedin-engine/drafts/YYYY-MM-DD-{repo}.json with fields: {repo, commits, diff_summary, suggested_angle}. (5) The existing linkedin-engine session can then pick up queued drafts instead of starting from scratch. Cron: 0 6 * * * ~/bin/commit-to-linkedin-draft. Example: yesterday's bys-website commits ('Add 217 new tests', 'Fix 105 test failures, fix security bug') would generate a draft suggesting an angle about testing culture or shipping quality at a small agency.

**Cron job:**
- `3 6 * * *` -- runs daily at 6:03am, logs to `~/linkedin-engine/drafts/cron.log`
**How it works:**
1. Finds all git repos under `~/` (maxdepth 3), skips node_modules/.cache/etc.
2. Checks each repo's commits since yesterday (overridable via `$1`, e.g., `"7 days ago"`)
3. Flags commits as significant if they: match milestone keywords (deploy, ship, fix security, add tests...), mention quantities (numbers 2+ digits), or touch 3+ files
4. Writes one JSON draft per repo to `~/linkedin-engine/drafts/YYYY-MM-DD-{repo}.json` with: repo name, commit details, diff stats, and a suggested angle
5. The linkedin-engine can consume these drafts to seed post writing
**Test run (7-day lookback) found 6 repos with significant commits**, including joyos-labs (27 commits), legacy-map-builder (5), and share.braceyourself.solutions (5).
