Tablet Sketch → Project Context Bridge

What was built

Handwritten tablet notes prefixed with a project name (e.g., 'joyos: need rate limiting on feedback endpoint') get automatically routed to that project's .claude/SESSIONS.md file. Next time you open Claude Code in that project, your scribbled thoughts are already loaded as session context — bridging analog brainstorming with AI-assisted coding.

How it works

Create ~/bin/note-to-project (~60 lines Python). Hook it into the existing note-ocr pipeline output. The script: (1) reads OCR'd text from stdin or inotify-watched output dir, (2) regex-matches a project prefix pattern like 'projectname:' against known projects (discovered via find ~/ -maxdepth 2 -name CLAUDE.md), (3) appends the note body with timestamp to ~//.claude/SESSIONS.md under a '## Tablet Notes' heading, (4) falls through to the normal note-to-memory pipeline for unprefixed notes. Add as a post-processing step in the note-ocr systemd service ExecStartPost or chain it in the notes-watcher script. No new cron needed — piggybacks on existing OCR trigger.
