Closes the feedback loop on your weekly-calendar-planner by comparing planned focus blocks against actual git commit timestamps. Every Friday at 5pm, it checks which repos got commits during which calendar blocks, calculates a focus alignment score, and sends a digest — so you know whether single-project-per-day is actually working or if you're context-switching more than you think.
Create ~/bin/weekly-focus-scorecard (bash, ~70 lines). Uses `gws calendar events list` to fetch Mon-Fri events from primary calendar, filters for events matching known project names (from ~/code/*/). For each day, extracts the planned project from the calendar block title. Then runs `git log --author=ethan --since='Mon 00:00' --until='Fri 23:59' --format='%aI %s'` across all repos to get timestamped commits. For each commit, checks if it landed during the calendar block for the correct project. Outputs: (1) per-day planned vs actual project breakdown, (2) focus score (commits-in-right-block / total-commits), (3) biggest distractor repo. Sends via notify-focus for desktop and optionally --email via gws gmail. Cron: `0 17 * * 5 ~/bin/weekly-focus-scorecard`. Second iteration could push a summary to ~/Tablet/ via the tablet-sync API for weekend review on the e-ink tablet.
