A daily cron that queries the joyos-labs and ora feedback daemons' logs plus git commits to compute a per-project 'feedback-to-ship' median time, then writes a tiny SVG heatmap to ~/Tablet/inbox/ so Ethan sees on his TCL e-ink tablet each morning which projects are accumulating unresolved feedback vs. shipping fast. Surfaces the silent backlog before it becomes a fire.
Create ~/bin/feedback-velocity-heatmap (bash+python ~80 lines): (1) parse ~/.local/state/joyos-feedback-daemon.log and ora-feedback-daemon.log for 'Process feedback item #N' timestamps, (2) git log --all --grep='feedback.*#N' across ~/joyos-labs and ~/code/jturner/app to find resolution commits, (3) compute median hours open per project for last 7 days, (4) render SVG with matplotlib (projects as rows, days as columns, color = median age), (5) write to ~/Tablet/inbox/feedback-velocity-$(date +%F).svg so tablet-sync pushes it to the e-ink tablet. Add cron entry via safe-append at 7am. Uses existing feedback daemons, tablet sync, and git — zero new infra.
