Each night, scan the day's git commits across active projects and generate a single 'pondercard' PDF on the TCL tablet — 3 commits framed as Socratic questions ('You shipped X — what's the next 10x lever?') for stylus journaling over morning coffee. Turns the existing commit-whisper + tablet-sync pipeline into a reflection ritual instead of just a log.
Create ~/bin/pondercard-generate (bash + python). Cron at 05:30 daily. Steps: (1) git log --since=yesterday --all across ~/linkedin-engine, ~/joyos-labs, ~/bys-website, etc. (reuse project list from commit-whisper), (2) pick top 3 commits by diff size, (3) call Claude Haiku via existing claude -p batch pattern (one call, numbered output) to rewrite each as a reflection prompt, (4) render to PDF via reportlab with large NXTPAPER-friendly serif + handwriting lines, (5) drop into ~/Tablet/Inbox/pondercard-YYYY-MM-DD.pdf — tablet-sync picks it up automatically. Add ~/bin/pondercard-generate.test.sh asserting PDF exists and contains 3 prompts.
