What was built
A cron-triggered script that scans your Google Calendar for the next few hours, matches each event's attendees against your ~/relationships// folders, and drops a one-page e-ink prep card — open action items, last-meeting notes, and a blank space for handwriting — into ~/Tablet/MeetingPrep/ so it auto-syncs before you walk in. You already have morning-tablet-brief (a daily digest) and a relationships dashboard, but nothing fires off the calendar to put the *right contact's open commitments* in front of you per-meeting, on the device you actually write on. It closes the loop between who you're about to meet and what you last promised them.
How it works
Create ~/bin/meeting-prep-card (bash, ~80 lines) + a *.test.bats. (1) Pull events with `env GOOGLE_WORKSPACE_CLI_CONFIG_DIR=/home/ethan/.config/gws-bys /home/ethan/.npm-global/bin/gws calendar events list --params '{"timeMin":,"timeMax":}' --format json`. (2) For each event, extract attendee emails/names and fuzzy-grep against `~/relationships/*/profile.md` (match on name or email line). (3) On a hit, pull the contact's open action items (grep unchecked `- [ ]` lines from their folder) and the most recent dated note. (4) Render a compact Markdown card → reuse the pondercard-generate / send-formatted-email HTML→render pattern, or just write Markdown, and write to `~/Tablet/MeetingPrep/-.md` with a trailing '## Notes' blank section. (5) tablet-sync already pushes ~/Tablet/. Wire a crontab line via the safe-append pattern at `0 7-18 * * 1-5` so it refreshes hourly on weekdays; skip if no calendar match (no empty cards). Route account via the ratliff/bys keyword rules already in CLAUDE.md.
