What was built
Weekly cron that finds skills in ~/.claude/skills/ that haven't been invoked in 30+ days by grepping project session jsonl logs, picks one, and pushes a tablet card with the skill name, its one-line description, and three example triggers (extracted by gemma from the SKILL.md). Surfaces forgotten capabilities Ethan built but stopped reaching for — the inverse of the 'reinventing-because-forgot' problem his global CLAUDE.md already flags as a category of failure.
How it works
Create ~/bin/dormant-skill-resurfacer (bash, ~80 lines). 1) Enumerate ~/.claude/skills/*/SKILL.md. 2) For each, grep -l '' across ~/.claude/projects/*/*.jsonl with a 30-day mtime filter to find last-invocation timestamps. 3) Sort ascending by last-seen, pick top-1 (oldest). 4) Pipe SKILL.md frontmatter + first 40 lines to gemma-task with prompt 'extract 3 plain-English trigger phrases a user might say to invoke this skill, one per line'. 5) Render to ~/Tablet/inbox/dormant-skill-$(date +%F).md with title + description + triggers + 'last seen: N days ago'. 6) tablet-sync push. 7) notify-focus 'Dormant skill resurfaced'. Wire via crontab: '0 8 * * 1 ~/bin/dormant-skill-resurfacer' (Monday mornings). Add a bats sibling test that mocks the skills dir + a fake jsonl and asserts the oldest skill is picked.
