Scans your Sent mail across all four gws accounts for forward-looking commitments you made ('I'll send you the deck by Friday', 'I'll get you a quote next week'), uses local Gemma to extract each promise plus its implied deadline, then flags the ones that are now past-due with no follow-up sent on that thread. Surfaces the unkept promises on your morning tablet brief so dropped commitments get caught before the other person has to chase you.
Create ~/bin/promise-radar (bash+python, ~90 lines). (1) For each account config dir, run gws gmail messages list with q='in:sent newer_than:14d' and pull plain-text bodies via gmail messages get. (2) Pipe each body to `gemma-task` with a strict prompt: extract any sentence that promises a future deliverable, returning JSON {promise, recipient, deadline_iso, threadId}. (3) Persist to ~/.local/state/promise-radar/promises.jsonl; on each run, re-check each open promise's thread — if deadline_iso < today AND no newer Sent message exists on that threadId, mark it OVERDUE. (4) Emit overdue items two ways: append a 'Promises Due' section to the morning tablet brief by piping into the existing socratic-tablet-pipe, and notify-focus for anything >2 days overdue. Add ~/bin/promise-radar.test.sh asserting the gemma-extraction parses and the overdue-detection logic. Wire a daily 7am cron via the safe-append pattern.
