What was built
Each morning Ethan gets Socratic prompts pushed to his e-ink tablet, and he handwrites answers under them — but those handwritten replies currently just sit in OCR'd note files and never become action. This watcher matches his handwritten answers back to the prompts that generated them, and routes any answer that reads like a concrete next-step into the right place: TODOs to his GSD todo queue, decisions/insights appended to the relevant project or relationship memory. It closes the loop between morning reflection and the systems that actually move work forward.
How it works
Create ~/bin/stylus-reply-router (bash, ~80 lines) + sibling .test.bats. (1) Read the morning's prompts from the socratic-morning-brief output (~/.local/state/socratic-morning-brief/.json or the brief sent to the tablet). (2) Find the newest OCR'd tablet note under ~/Tablet/ that postdates the brief (reuse the note-ocr watcher's output dir; key off mtime). (3) Pipe the prompts + OCR text to `gemma-task` with a prompt that returns JSON pairing each prompt to its handwritten answer span and classifying each answer as {todo|decision|insight|none}, plus a guessed project/person slug from the answer text. (4) Route: todo -> append via quick-note (or stage a `/gsd:add-todo` line); decision/insight -> append a dated bullet to the matched ~/relationships// or project memory file via note-to-project/note-to-memory; none -> skip. (5) Log routed items and notify-focus a one-line summary. Wire as a cron job at ~10:30am (after morning journaling window). Tests: feed a fixture OCR string + fixture prompts, assert the gemma JSON contract and that a todo line lands in the expected file.
