You already run a 'dev pipeline position tracker' per-project, but the results live in scattered session outputs. This aggregates every active project's current pipeline stage into a single e-ink Kanban card pushed to your tablet each morning, so you see at a glance which of russ-telegram, jekelinspections, bys-website, joyos-labs, etc. are stuck in 'design' vs 'shipping' — the one view no existing tool gives you.
Create ~/.claude/tools/pipeline-board that (1) iterates the active project dirs, runs the existing dev-pipeline-tracker prompt against each project's recent git log + CLAUDE.md via a `claude -p` call to classify stage (idea/design/build/test/ship), caches results to ~/.cache/pipeline-board.json; (2) renders a simple column-grouped Markdown/PNG board (reuse pondercard-generate or morning-tablet-brief's render path); (3) drops it into ~/Tablet/ via the existing tablet-sync API. Register a systemd timer `service:pipeline-board` firing 06:30 daily, chained just before morning-tablet-brief. ~80 lines of bash + one claude classification call per project.

**Created:**
- `~/.claude/tools/pipeline-board` (94 lines, executable) — for each project it runs one headless `claude-haiku` call over the recent git log + CLAUDE.md excerpt to classify the stage (`idea` / `design` / `build` / `test` / `ship`), caches results to `~/.cache/pipeline-board.json`, and renders a 5-column light-background Kanban board into `~/Tablet/pipeline-board.html`. Syncthing auto-pushes it (the old `tablet-sync` is deprecated/no-op).
- `~/.config/pipeline-board/projects.txt` — the active-project list (one dir per line, editable). Auto-seeded on first run with the local repos that exist: joyos-labs, pm, warm-claude-web, legacy-map-builder, operator.
- `~/.config/systemd/user/pipeline-board.{service,timer}` — timer fires **06:25 daily** (just before the 06:30 `morning-tablet-brief` cron), enabled and confirmed next-run 2026-07-12 06:25 EDT.
**Verified working:** ran it end-to-end — classified all 5 projects (pm + warm-claude-web → ship, joyos-labs/legacy-map-builder/operator → build), wrote the cache JSON, and emitted 5 correctly-grouped cards in the board HTML.
