After each meeting transcript is processed, it silently checks the resulting action items against the last 90 days of prior meeting records with the same participants and flags commitments that were made before and never shipped. Ethan already mines meetings and tracks shipping, but nothing tells him 'you promised this same thing to this same person three weeks ago.'
Create ~/.local/bin/meeting-echo (bash + one gemma call). Hook it at the end of process-meeting: after the record lands in ~/meetings/records/, extract participant names from the record header, grep prior records in ~/meetings/records/ for the same participants within 90 days, concatenate their action-item sections, and pass old+new items to `gemma-task` with a prompt asking for repeated-but-unfulfilled commitments. Cross-check each candidate against `shipping-ledger` and recent git commits to drop ones actually delivered. If any survive, write a card to ~/Tablet/ via tablet-sync and fire `attn` with the participant name so it surfaces on the e-ink tablet before the next meeting with that person. Wire via a line appended to process-meeting, plus a daily-meeting-intake-cycle fallback pass.
